Insulation Services in Oro Valley, AZ
Spray foam, attic, blown-in, batt, garage, and commercial insulation for homes and businesses across Oro Valley and the north Tucson area.
Choose the Right Insulation for the Job
There isn't one insulation that's best everywhere. Blown-in material is hard to beat on an open attic floor, spray foam shines where air sealing matters most, and batts are a smart, affordable choice for open walls. The pages below explain each option, so you can walk into an estimate already knowing the questions to ask.
Spray Foam Insulation
Open-cell foam for roof decks and interior walls, closed-cell foam where you need maximum R-value per inch, a moisture barrier, or added rigidity. Spray foam fills every gap it touches, so it insulates and air-seals at the same time.

Attic Insulation
A full attic upgrade: measuring what is there now, sealing gaps around lights, plumbing, and the hatch, then building the insulation up to a modern R-value with blown-in, batt, or spray foam.

Blown-In Insulation
Loose-fill fiberglass or cellulose blown to an even depth across the attic floor, plus dense-pack installs for closed walls in existing homes. Fast, clean, and very cost-effective per R-value.

Batt Insulation
Fiberglass and mineral wool batts for open walls, additions, remodels, garage walls, and floors over unconditioned space, cut and fitted so there are no gaps or compressed spots.

- Attic air sealing around top plates, plumbing and wiring penetrations, recessed lights, and the attic hatch.
- New construction and additions, insulated to code and coordinated with your builder's schedule.
- Floor and crawl space insulation for rooms over garages and other unconditioned spaces.
- Metal building and shop insulation for detached garages, workshops, and storage buildings.
- Sound control insulation for home offices, media rooms, and shared walls.
How a Project Works
Assessment and Measurement
The contractor checks the depth, type, and condition of what you have now, measures the space, and looks for air leaks, moisture, pest activity, and ventilation problems.
Recommendation and Written Quote
You get a recommendation for the material and target R-value, with any prep work like removal or air sealing listed separately, and a written quote you can compare.
Prep and Protection
Floors and walkways get covered, the work area is cleared, and anything in the attic that needs attention first, like baffles at the eaves or covers on recessed lights, is handled.
Installation
The insulation goes in to an even depth or thickness across the whole area, including the hard-to-reach spots near the eaves and around framing, where shortcuts usually show up.
Final Check and Cleanup
Coverage is checked against the quote, depth markers or measurements are documented, and the work area is cleaned before the crew leaves.
Most residential projects take a day or less once they're scheduled. Larger jobs, like a full removal and reinstall or a spray foam roof deck, can take longer, and the quote will tell you what to expect.
