What We Do

Oro Valley Insulation Pros focuses on insulation and nothing else. That means spray foam, attic, blown-in, batt, garage, and commercial insulation, along with the work that goes with it: removing old or damaged material, sealing air leaks, and making sure attics stay properly ventilated.

Insulation is one of those things most people don't think about until something feels wrong. A bedroom that never cools off, an electric bill that keeps creeping up, a garage you can't stand in after noon. Our job is to figure out why, explain it clearly, and fix it with the right material for your home.

How We Approach Every Job

• Assess before recommending. Every estimate starts with a real look at the space: what's there, what condition it's in, and where the heat and air are getting through.
• Explain the options. Spray foam, blown-in, and batts each have a place. You'll hear the tradeoffs in plain language, including when the less expensive option is the right one.
• Quote it clearly. A written quote that lists the material, target R-value, areas covered, and any prep work, so there are no surprises.
• Install it right. Even depth to the eaves, sealed gaps, cleared vents, and a clean workspace when the job is done.

Why Oro Valley

Oro Valley is a great place to live, and its location at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains brings its own set of conditions. Long, hot summers put serious heat load on roofs and attics.
